Dr. Tripp & Associates can help you with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, stress management, and more. Our therapists will work with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your unique needs and goals.

First, we highly suggest you look through our clinicians list on the Meet Our Team page and determine who may be the right fit for you. We recommend you focus on the clinician’s background, areas of specialty, and other aspects of that may be important for you. Some clients want to connect with a clinician of the same gender or ethnicity, for example. 

The frequency of counseling sessions with Dr. Tripp & Associates will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend bi-weekly or monthly.

Yes, we do! We are in network with most insurance providers including Medicaid, Medicare, and major commercial insurance plans.  We also offer self-pay rates. After you contact us, our administration team will collect your information and email you with follow-up information to get you started. We take care of the tedious stuff for you in our streamlined onboarding process.

 In your first meeting, your therapist will collect information about your symptoms (ex: low mood) and create a treatment plan with you. From that initial appointment, your therapist will be working to reduce your symptoms and solidify your personal strengths. He or she will also periodically revisit your symptoms and treatment plan with you, to gauge progress in therapy.
